Terms of Service

Welcome to VioTerminal.co ("we," "us," or "our"). By registering for, accessing, or using the VioTerminal platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

Please note: VioTerminal is currently a startup project in active development. Until incorporation, these Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and the developers operating under the trade name VioTerminal.

1. Definitions

Service

The VioTerminal SaaS platform, including the CRM, AI features, microsites, and dashboard.

User

A real estate agent, broker, agency staff member, or brokerage entity using the Service.

Customer Data / Lead Data

Information regarding property buyers, sellers, or renters that you upload, import, or manage via the Service.

AI Features

Tools within the Service that utilize Artificial Intelligence to generate text, enhance images, or analyze data.

2. Eligibility and Registration

Professional Use:You represent that you are a real estate professional (agent, broker, or developer) or authorized staff acting in a professional capacity.
Age:You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Account Security:You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Service Description

VioTerminal provides a suite of tools for real estate professionals, including AI-powered listing generation, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing tools.

Important Disclaimer

VioTerminal is a technology provider, not a real estate broker, agency, or financial institution. We do not represent buyers or sellers, we do not guarantee the accuracy of property data, and we do not guarantee that using the Service will result in closed deals, commissions, or increased revenue.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Resell, white-label, or sublicense the Service without our express written permission.
Use the Service for any illegal purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or housing discrimination.
Violate applicable real estate advertising laws (e.g., RERA regulations in Dubai).
Send unsolicited spam or engage in harassment.

5. AI Features and Generated Content

Nature of AI

Our Service uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to assist in creating descriptions and content. You acknowledge that AI can make mistakes, "hallucinate" facts, or produce biased content.

Human Review Required

You agree to review, edit, and verify all AI-generated content for accuracy and compliance with local laws before publishing it.

Liability

VioTerminal is not liable for any claims, fines, or damages resulting from your publication of AI-generated content that is inaccurate, misleading, or non-compliant.

6. Lead Data and CRM Use

Roles:In the context of Lead Data, you are the Data Controller, and VioTerminal is the Data Processor.
Consent:You warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents from your leads to store their data and contact them.
Anti-Spam:You agree strictly not to import purchased lead lists or scraped data in violation of GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or UAE data privacy laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

VioTerminal (and its founders, affiliates, and suppliers) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 USD if you are a free user.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC Courts).
