Beta Program & Early Access Referral Terms

These Beta Program Terms apply to your participation in the "VioTerminal Early Access" waitlist and referral campaign. These terms are in addition to our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

To participate in the Beta Program or Waitlist, you must be a real estate professional (Agent, Broker, or Agency Administrator). We reserve the right to deny entry to anyone who does not meet our professional verification standards.

2. The Referral Campaign

To gain priority access ("Skip the Waitlist"), you may be required to refer a specific number of new users (currently set at 3 Qualified Referrals) to VioTerminal.

Definition of a "Qualified Referral"

A referral only counts toward your total if the invited individual meets all of the following criteria:

  • New User: They must not have previously signed up for VioTerminal.
  • Real Person: They must be a genuine, living individual (no bots, aliases, or disposable email addresses).
  • Industry Professional: They must be an active real estate professional.
  • RERA/License Verification: Upon our request, the referred user must be able to provide a valid RERA BRN or equivalent license ID.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use scripts, bots, or automated systems to create fake referrals.
  • "Self-refer" by creating multiple accounts using different email addresses.
  • Post your referral link on "referral exchange" forums, coupon sites, or non-industry platforms.
  • Misrepresent VioTerminal to potential referrals (e.g., promising features that do not exist).

3. Anti-Spam and Privacy

When you refer a colleague, you are sending a communication on your own behalf.

Consent

You represent and warrant that you have obtained the necessary consent from the individuals you are inviting to share their contact details with us.

No Spam

You must not send bulk unsolicited emails (spam) to promote your referral link.

Liability

You are solely liable for any fines or complaints arising from your violation of anti-spam laws (such as GDPR or CAN-SPAM) when sending invitations.

4. Nature of Beta Access

If you are granted Early Access (Beta), you acknowledge that:

  • Work in Progress:The Service is a "Startup in Development." It may contain bugs, errors, and incomplete features.
  • No Data Guarantee:During the Beta phase, we may need to reset databases or wipe account information as part of updates.
  • Confidentiality:Any non-public features or designs you see in the Beta are confidential. You agree not to publicly publish screenshots or reviews without our written permission.

5. Feedback License

We encourage you to provide feedback, bug reports, and feature requests ("Feedback"). You agree that VioTerminal owns all Feedback you provide, and we are free to use it to improve the product without any obligation to pay you royalties or acknowledge you.

6. Revocation of Access

VioTerminal reserves the right to disqualify you from the Waitlist or revoke your Beta access at any time, for any reason, particularly if we suspect fraud or manipulation of the referral system.
