1. Data Controller vs. Processor

When we are the Controller

We act as the Data Controller for your account information (your name, billing details, login credentials).

When we are the Processor

We act as the Data Processor for Lead Data (the contact details of buyers/sellers you upload). We process this data solely on your behalf.

2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide to Us

  • Account Data: Name, email address, phone number, agency name, license ID, and password (hashed).
  • Billing Data: Credit card details (processed securely by our payment provider, e.g., Stripe) and billing address.
  • Communications: Support tickets, emails, and feedback.

B. Information You Upload (Customer Data)

  • Lead Details: Names, emails, phone numbers, property preferences, and notes regarding your clients.
  • Content: Property photos, descriptions, and documents.
